The location was quite good. It was easy to walk to key points. The room included all basic amenities (such as easy to use A/C). English speaking receptionist was available.
The breakfast was not very diverse. The wifi was not working at all. The air conditioning was stuck at 24 Celsius and they could not fix it (I had them open the window instead). This wasn't comfortable as I could hear outside noise.

The room was big and good. The hotel give good service and was clean. The location near places of interest is appreciated. Staff helps with Alipay DiDi and KFC order. They even bring to my room.
The hotel air conditioning did not work correctly as they could not fix it.

The lobby presents an elegant and inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating. The concierge team assisted me with directions. I am grateful for their local knowledge.
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, it slightly hindered my ability to work seamlessly.

The breakfast had a super choice.
The staff attitude was RUDE. I waited in the queue at reception, but I was totally ignored while locals were checked in before me. I asked for an umbrella after check out because it was raining. They told me the umbrella was in the checked out room, and cleaning staff physically attacked me when I tried to take it.

The location was convenient as the subway station was just across the street. There were various food outlets a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean (i always appreciate a clean room).
The air conditioning was set at 24 degrees Celsius and staff could not adjust it. I had to open the window instead. The wifi was unreliable and barely worked. The breakfast was average. It lacked variety.
