The hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily. I found this very thoughtful. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, I appreciated the variety. The lobby presents an elegant and inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating. The concierge team assisted me with directions. I am grateful for their local knowledge.

The in-room Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, it slightly hindered my ability to work seamlessly.

rude staff cleaning staff

The breakfast had a super choice.

The staff attitude was RUDE. I waited in the queue at reception, but I was totally ignored while locals were checked in before me. I asked for an umbrella after check out because it was raining. They told me the umbrella was in the checked out room, and cleaning staff physically attacked me when I tried to take it.

The location was convenient as the subway station was just across the street. There were various food outlets a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean (i always appreciate a clean room).

The air conditioning was set at 24 degrees Celsius and staff could not adjust it. I had to open the window instead. The wifi was unreliable and barely worked. The breakfast was average. It lacked variety.
